Nudebt has debited my account 11 times, I have never even heard of them!!! I have spoken and e-mailed a Elizma Joubert numerous times, but all that they have done is forward my emails to the relevant companies/clients of theirs. They do not take any responsibility. Where do they get my account details? And is there no security at this place?!?!?!
One company did explain to me that the people in the call centre change so often, and they bring data basis' with them, so one can't really tell where they get this information.
So in other words, someone can just walk into the call centre, use whatever random numbers they have, and debit accounts using Nudebt facilities. This company disgusts me.
