I upgraded my contract & definitely was not told of a handheld fee of R1800, now they still want to bill you monthly R250 x 24 once off R1800. What's the reason behind that. That's unreasonable. Would never have upgraded & will be sure not to upgrade any of my existing 7 contracts. Must come get your phone rather. Not a very happy customer.
