More than 2 months ago I was due for an upgrade, a customer service rep phoned and we decided on a more expensive handheld (Samsung S4 Mini). When the handheld was delivered the next week they delivered the wrong phone instead of Samsung they delivered an LG. I did not open the phone and Immediately reported it. At the end of November I was charged for connection fees as well as a more expensive contract, which they promised would be refunded, never happened. About 3 weeks and 3 calls later the phone was collected on Friday 6 December. I phoned on 11th of December again. 50 Minutes later it was confirmed they received the handheld and my S4 is on the way. A week later I phoned to check up on progress, on their system they have that a LG handheld has been delivered. I repeated the story again and received another promise that everything is sorted handheld will be delivered. On the 18th of December I phoned for an update and I was told the same story that on the system it shows that LG handheld has been delivered so it took me about an hour again and I cancelled my contract effective immediately. Phoned back on 19th to do it again and I'm still not on prepaid. And so the struggle continues
