WE HAVE PHONED MTN SINCE OCTOBER REGARDING AN ACCOUNT WHICH WE AT FIRST DID NOT UNDERSTAND SEING THAT THE BRANCH DID NOT EXPLAIN TO YOU ALTHOUGH YOU OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT TO ROMING (my husband used the account in mozambique) THE BLACKBERRY CHARGES IS NOT LIKE IN SOUTH AFRICA YOU PAY FOR EVERY SMS. MY HUSBAND HAVE BEEN WORKING ABROAD FOR A WHILE NOW AND THE ACCOUNT IS ALWAYS PAID AND NEVER OVER R3500 WE HAVE THIS ACCOUNT SINCE 2007. EVERY TIME WE PHONE THEY SAY SOMEONDE WILL PHONE US ON DECEMBER THEY SAID A LADY CALLED LIZEL IS THE CREDIT CONTROLLER AND WORKING ON OUR ACCOUNT FIRST SHE WAS ON LUNCH, NOT AT HER TABLE, SHE WILL PHONE US BACK AND AFTER A FEW DAYS ON LEAVE TILL THE 7TH OF JANUARY 2013 AND SEING THAT SHES WORKING ON OUR ACCOUNT ONLY SHE CAN ASSIST US, WE DID PHONE IN THE NEW YEAR SHES NOT WORKING AT ALL WITH THE ACCOUNT GOT 2 OTHER NAMES AGAIN. LAST PHONE CALL NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME THEY ARE WAITING FOR PAYMENT THERE IS NO NOTES MADE ON THE SYSTEM REGARDING ALL MY PHONE CALLS OR THE QUERY REGARDING MY ACCOUNT.
