Promise not kept

I upgraded my cellphone contract during december 2012. The upgrade deal included a beats audio headset. Faizel informed me that we can go ahead and finalise the upgrade as the headset has been ordered and they are awaiting delivery. I have been back to the store several times during the last two months but Faizel is now much less enthusiastic about supplying the headset? :(
