Incompetence and!!!

I almost don't know where to start as this saga of incompetence have been ongoing for 5 months! Basically I started getting obscene billings of over R4000 a month. This for phone calls I haven't made, for data I haven't used. We've spoken to over 18 consultants, have over 23 references, spent over 9 hours alone in the Fourways mall branch, a few names: Ashleigh, Sheldon, Lucas, Letitia, Olivia, Francis's, Alex, Allistair and the names keep coming. NOBODY ever contacts us back, makes all the promises, agrees something is going on... yet it's still not fixed. I eventually put a cap on my data and phone calls to prevent 'blaming'. And what happened just two days ago? My phone is soft locked as I overspent on my data!!! What on earth...? As it was only the 9th Jan, and I haven't used anything g. Which they confirmed, the problem is... wait for it... someone de-activated my data!!! Without my consent or request! Which now means I can't even use my phone? The answer on the phone? 'Sorry mam, we are investigating and you won't have a phone till then?? ' I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG!!! I can't wait for our families contracts of 5 phones and 5 iPads to expire.never VODACOM again
