We have a 10 Mbps capped internet connection from Afrihost. They manage our ADSL line and supply us with 60 gigs a month.
This morning the Internet service is terrible, We are getting about 0.4 Mbps where we usually get 8 Mbps.
This isn't the first time that this is happened. I called them but their support staff fobbed me off and told me to email a screenshot from [URL Removed] to [Email Removed]
That was hours ago, there is no response to SMS's, or my email. I despair phoning their help desk again as you need to play russian roulette to get through to someone that can actually help.
