Overcharged on Vodacom Data Bundle

On December 31st 2012 I was given a RAS error code whist trying to connect to the internet via my Wireless modem. On the morning of the 4th Jan I contacted Nahsua wanting to know why and I was advised that I was locked out of my account at midnight due to me having reached my limit?? I was then advised that I had accumulated about R1400 in out of bundle charges. I was shocked and could not understand why I immediatley recalled that I had utelised my Vodacom Night Owl Bundle on the morning of the 23rd December it was confirmed to me before that the Night Owl Bundle is an additional 1.5GB that I receive free of charge if it is used within 12h00 and 5h00, I requested a usage report and it shows that I was charged for using this supposed free bundle, I refuse to pay for this and I have been waiting for a resolution to this since the 4th January it is now nearly 2 months later and Nashua Mobile is still trying to take the money off my account, I will be placing a stop order on my acc every month until this is resolved I am not liable for this amount as firstly I requested a detailed list of websites visited and time spent an I am still waiting no one has bothered supplying feedback
