This is not the first time that I complaine on Helo Peter. I am trying for almost a year to get Vodacom to install a booster at my house because of no signal. They send out somebody to check the signal and It was found that I have no 3G and only a little 2G. A booster was suggested but they didn't install it ever since. I have 4 Vodacom contracts, I am paying for a service which I don't receive. I am paying for talk time and sms's but I have to drive about 500 meter down the street if I want to use my phone. I can however not use the data that I am paying for. I WOULD LIKE THE PUBLIC TO KNO HOW BAD THE SERVICE IS!!! My parents are staying 200 metres from me. They have the same problem and Vodacom keeps telling them that they will keep them updated every 90 days. This is unacceptable, they are very old and the cellphone is there only way of communication. I would like to cancel my contracts and have a new contract at MTN for all our visitors are with MTN and have no problem using there cellphones at my house. Vodacom is pathetic, I had enough!!!
