We have complained to Vodacom for the past six months that the signal in our neighbourhood is terrible. It literally is impossible to use the cell phone in our house. We have been to a Vodashop three times to request a booster and no-one has ever responded. It has now got to the point that we cannot even do business because the cell phones simply do not work. There is no point in even having a cell phone because the signals and service is non existent, it is beyond pathetic.
Is there absolutely ANYTHING that anyone can do at Vodacom before we transfer our contracts (we have 5 different contracts with them) to another service provider?
