Seems Like MTN Does NOT NEED SMME Clients!

A customer since 2000, on SMME. Initial service with my original service provider iTalk was superb. SMME clients treated like Gold. Ever since MTN bought out iTalk, service is non existant.

I have been paying between R2500 to R5000 per month for 13 years! Besides general issues, my current problems are as follows:

1. I renewed by Anytime 750 for an iPhone 64 Gig Contract.
Endless hassles, network non existent at times. Missed Calls. Seems like a general fault on the iphone5.
Checked with MTN, they no nothing abt it and want me to book in for 14 days? No Loan phone, no offer for
SIM since the phone uses a nano sim. NB, i was offered deals far better with other networks!!!

2. I have 2 more lines that can be renewed or cancelled. Been offered much better deals with other
Networks. As a loyal MTN client, approached MTN to see if they could off me any better deals. Was told
to send an email to business@mtn. This was done 3 weeks ago, explaining my issues and requesting
an offer or chance for them to save me and retain my business. No Reply!

3. Called MTN regarding above. Since then still nothing, Was told retentions will call. No Calls Yet!
