Trudon phoned my business to renew the contact we had with them, their call centre agent spoke to an unauthorized person, not the person who deals with all the finances for my business. This was done twice (two years running) i phoned in and spoke to a call centre agent, i explained the whole situation and she gave me a ref number and told me to send a mail to customer [Email Removed] i did this and have still no one has contacted me. I am extremely upset as because of this YP and WP account on my Telkom bill, Telkom have now cut us off and will not reconnect our line until we have paid this account with Trudon... I have been trying to sort this out for Months and Trudon could not be bothered with listening or trying to sort out their clients... I want to cancel this service immediately but cannot as Trudon state that the contacts has been renewed... BUT IT WAS NOT RENEWED BY MYSELF THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, BUT BY A SALES CONSULTANT!!! I AM DISGUSTED BY THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED...
