I moved from what would be considered as a rural type area and I had perfect 3G signal on my data card as well as my handsets with no lapse in service
I recently moved to a more metro area and I have shocking coverage where your online maps indicate excellent coverage including 3G
i phoned your coverage desk 0839001212 where i explained my issue and was promised to be tranferred when my call was cut off
I phoned again and spoke to a very rude Samantha Hildt who was highly obnoxious to me and said coverage is not guaranteed and that i must set the device to 3G only. I explained this was done as i did it my self and she treated me like an imbicile. I am a client, and I have been since 1994.
I do know hardware works as well as software considering i have engineering qualifications.
She was insistent that i aam not doing it correctly, instead of arguing with the client, she should have changed her tone and helped me. I ended the call
1) I demand this person be reprimanded and sent on more training on how to handle clients
2) MTN what are you going to do to help me!!!???
