Damage to cell phone

I handed my Samsung S3 in for repairs at Vodashop Key West on 2/2/13. It is still under guarantee. It wouldn't charge. Jarred tested it, confirmed it wasn't charging. He opened it took out the battery, inspected it, handed me my sim and then Darryn logged the call on the computer. Job nr 8565176. After not receiving any correspondence, I phoned the shop on 22/2/13. I was messed around by 2 people. 1 would phone me back (never did), the other cut me off. I went to the shop on Sat 23/2/13. Michael assisted me. He fetched the phone, opened the back cover and started wiping off someting from the inside of the cover and the inside of the phone. He said it was wet & sticky. The damage report stated water damage (apparantly). Jarred remembered me & inspecting my phone. He said he would've noticed 'wetness' or something wet/sticky. I am not responsible for whatever liquid was found in the phone. I refused to accept the phone and Michael was to phone me back...
