On the 14/11/2012 i recieved moderm and sim card from Cell C and when i connected unit to my pc and it did'nt want to connect in Vryheid. I than called call centre which than arrange for unit to b picked up. Unit was picked up on the 16/11/2012 and i was later billed R414 beginning of January 2013 and again R688 beginning of February 2013. I cancelled this service and this is the ref I was given :3010301720. Beginning of February i than demanded refund because i am not going to pay for service I did'nt use i was than given ref : 3020101025. Up until now there is no communication from Cell C and call centre always says they will escalate my case and someone is going to give back feedback and I have recieved zero feedback.
