Good day, please see attached slip. The phone was booked in on 3 July - it has been a month and there is no word from CellC! My husband has not had a phone for a whole month, this is unacceptable!
That phone should be replaced, it is a new phone, Blackberry Z10, and it only worked for a few weeks then started switching off at random!
I need a new phone please
