My credit report was negatively affected by a Nashua account which I had settled via the attorneys in 2011 but still reflected as open and overdue in march 2012, I then contacted Nashua and advised them of same and requested written confirmation that my account is closed on their systems (not attorneys) as there's a possibility that it is causing my rating to drop on ITC and applications to be declined.
can somebody please indicate that the account is closed, or send me proof of payment
