I HAVE BEEN USING THE CELLC PREPAID 2Gig/month DATA DONGLE SINCE AUG 2010. THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE INCREASE IN RESPONSE TIMES FROM END NOV. 2012, AND IT JUST GOT WORSE; i COULD NOT RUN MORE THAN ONE APP AT THE SAME TIME. I REPORTED THIS PROBLEM VIA THE CELLC 'CONTACT US' WEB PAGE ON 13 JAN 2013, AND GOT AN AUTO RESPONSE.. ON 21 JAN I WAS SENT A FORM TO COMPLETE AND RETURN, WHICH I DID. ON 6 FEB I ENQUIRED ABOUT PROGRESS, AND ON 17 FEB WAS SENT THE SAME FORM AGAIN, WITH AN ADDED REQUEST FOR MY TELNO, I SENT THE TELNO, BUT DID NOT COMPLETE THE FORM AGAIN. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE. AT NO STAGE WAS I GIVEN A REF. NO. MY INTERNET IS NOW SO BAD THAT ON 3 OCCASIONS LAST WEEK I HAD TO GO TO WIFI SPOTS TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY INTERNET APPS..TO SAY I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE FROM CELLC IS TO PUT IT EXTREMELY MILDLY. I TRADE ON THE JSE AND NEED A RELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE, WHICH I AM NOT GETTING. I SUSPECT THE CELLC BASE STATIONS ARE OVERLOADED DUE TO THEIR AGGRESSIVE PRICING PROMOTIONS, WHICH HAVE BEEN RUNNING SINCE SEPT.2012. NOTHING IN MY SETUP HAS CHANGED -- SAME COMPUTER AND ANTIVIRUS, SAME LOCATION, SAME APPS.
