CANNOT ACCESS E-MAIL, TRADING PLATFORMS ON DEMAND

I HAVE BEEN USING THE CELL C DATA MODEM ON THEIR 2 Gig/MONTH PREPAID PRODUCT SINCE SEPT. 2010 WITH NO PROBLEMS. BEGINNING OCT. 2012 I WENT AWAY FOR 6 WEEKS, AND NOTICED A VERY MARKED DETERIOATION IN SERVICE LEVELS ON MY RETURN -- MULTIPLE DROPPING OF LINES, VERY SLOW SPEEDS, EVEN UNABLE TO ACCESS ANY INTERNET SERVICE AT ALL. CELLC IGNORED MY PHONE CALLS/E-MAILS UNTIL I DIRECTED IT AT THEM VIA 'HELLOPETER'. THEY DID SEND TECHNICIANS TO MY HOUSE IN FEB.2013, BUT APART FROM SUGGESTING I MOVE MY COMPUTER NEXT TO A WINDOW, NOTHING HAPPENED. ON 12 MARCH I WENT OVERSEAS FOR 6 WEEKS, AND ON MY RETURN FOUND THEIR INTERNET SERVICE EVEN WORSE.IiT HAS NOW REACHED THE STAGE WHERE IT IS COSTING ME BOTH MONEY AND TIME, AS I AM UNABLE TO TRADE IN THE DERIVITAVES MARKET, AND MY EQUITY TRADING IS ALSO AT RISK, AS I CANNOT BE SURE THAT MY TRADES WILL BE EXECUTED. I HAVE REACHED THE STAGE WHERE I WANT A FULL REFUND, AS I WILL HAVE TO MOVE TO A MORE RELIABLE SUPPLIER. MY WIFE ALSO USES CELL C, AND HAS BEEN TOTALLY UNABLE TO USE HER MODEM SINCE WE RETURNED 2 WEEKS AGO. ARE MY PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE BIG CELL C MARKETING DRIVE LAUNCED IN SEPT 2012? TO WITH EXISTING PRE PAIDS!!
