Another useless way of dealing with your customers

Further to my previous billing issue with Cell C for number 0845558114:
Your consultant, Sandros Mhlongo, that tried to help me with my previous issue completely ignored me after I raised concerns, in writing, over the irregularities regarding my billing and I never heard from him since. I've then been completely cut off even though the account was in dispute and then get handed over to your legal department. Then to top it off you debit my account nearly R7000 over and above the amount I owe you and when I phoned the call centre to find out what is going on, 2 different people put me through to the legal department that isn't even open today - useless, absolutely useless!!! Your concern for your customers is absolutely disgraceful and I'm now going to be taking legal action against you under the Consumer Protection Act - you think you can treat people anyway you like but I'm going to make it my life's mission to prove that you can't
