My 4th Complaint for the same issue

4th Complaint on Hellopeter. So let me summarize.

1. 1 Feb 2013 | Celeste Kruger - said it would be fixed > NO RESOLVE!

2. 31st March 2013 | Mpumi Ncube - said it would be fixed > NO RESOLVE!

3. Gladys emailed me - made of promise of 25th of March i.e. that Debit Order would start - said it would be fixed > NO RESOLVE!

4. Shane emailed me a few times - last email on 8th April - said it would be fixed > NO RESOLVE!

5. 29 April 2013 - Logged another complaint, somebody calls me says they will resolve this. > NO RESOLVE!

6. Received a Letter recently, DATED February 2013 saying your account will be debited for 24 months as per your contract.

Contract started last year September/October AND my bank account has NOT been debited since then, after all this complaining no resolve - Unbelievable!

FNB conveniently knows hows to debit my account for insurance of the phone though since day 1!

They make promises via Hellopeter / Email and Phone me that it will be fixed.

On occasion I have even been given new debit order date BUT when I wait for the date to arrive nothing happens.

The one person even called me to ask me which phone it is when they have all my details!
