Still no response from Vodacom

I have been to the store and unable to get a print out, called the accounts dept from the store who confirm that someone will contact with 24 hrs its now 3 days later and no response. Vodacom I need
to know how its possible for you to allow such activity to take place with regards to my data usuage and refuse to resolve the issue.
