Pathetic service

I applied for a new line monday the 11/03, wow the new line was installed 13/03. Almost thought this was too good to be true, and guess what - too good to be true. Come thursday morning the line is dead!!! Logged a call thursday morning and still no response. Look like telkom can install a line faster than fixing it!!! So, in the 4 days I had a line only 1 day was problem free. 75% downtime!!! Should have expected this k a k service from telkom.
