No DSTV service for over two months

The Waterfall Hills Frail Care Centre has had DSTV problems since the beginning of December. The elderly and frail people in the Centre, who rely on TV for entertainment, do not have working TVs. The reason given is that it is a cabling problem and Smart Village, who is apparently owned by Multichoice, cannot repair the cables. Notwithstanding this, the service is included in the monthly rental! Calling the Smart Village call centre is an exercise in frustration as the phone is not answered and eventually the call is cut off - this happened to me FOUR times.
