On Sunday afternoon, certain residents were left without television or Internet access. Upon phoning the call center, the technician informed us that the fibre optic cables were damaged and would be repaired by Monday morning. Monday morning came and still nothing was working. The call center then said it would be fixed by Tuesday morning. It's now Wednesday afternoon and nothing has been done. I recently sat on the phone for 17minutes trying to get through to the call center where there is no answer. This is not the first issue I've had with Smart Village. Their service is absolutely appalling and never before have I has to deal with an ISP who is so incompetent. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an ISP should never even contemplate Smart Village, even as a last resort.
