Not helpful service

We were asking for a new contract and showed the flyer and wanted to know more of the nature of the contract. He was not realy willing to help. We were asking what does it mean when it say 10 MB internet, how much is it, the answer was just: not much. We asked: hat is not much, what can we do with it, the answer was the same. Then he said if we want it open or top up. Again we asked what does it mean, again not really willing to help. Once we got it, he asked about 3 times again for top up because it costs 10 Rand more a month, but we DONT WANT IT. When he heard it he got upset with us, but it is our decission!!! Then he didn? t accept the print out from the bank that showes my income, he wants a pai slip which i never get. MUST I GET A CONTRCT FRM MTN, nooo. There are other places were it works smoothly.
