Not considering the customers needs

I wanted to open a new contract with cell c and was very interested in a Red Bull contract where I pay R 199 a month. I asked my dad to open the contract for me, but he made a mistake and opened a different contract where I also pay R199. When I released the mistake I asked my dad to change it, but they where totally unwilling. I was very disappointed with there unwillingness. I know that it will not be a problem for them to change the contract, it's only been a week.
