No customer service and no response

Good Day

My husband is due for an upgrade, we have gone to Cel C at the glen, when they advised us that they do not have the Blackberry 9870, we left our contact details there for them to contact us, this was on the 5th Feb, the following week on the 12th (after not hearing from them) i phoned and asked if they had the phone is stock, they said no and once again promised to phone me by the end of that week. it is now the 22nd Feb and i have not heard from them, i have tried to phone 084 550 0999 and it goes straight to voicemail. If my husband's contract is not of importance to you please let me know so that i may wait for the contract to expire and move to another service provider!!!
