Vodacom

Hi

I need HELP, I have been struggling with Vodacom for a year, I was called by head office in March 2012 that a contract was taken out in December in Boksburg and payment was never made and that they have no banking details. Firstly, I stay in Cape Town and has never been to Boksburg, I'm unemployed. My question is how can I contract be opened without proof of residence, proof of employment, salary slip, banking details and fake id? I have been to Vodacom outlets, Howard centre Pinelands Cape Town, Canal Walk Cape Town etc I have faxed an avidavit including all other documents to department but nobody responds, they just call and send sms all the time to make payments. I have spoken to so many vodacom employees, Ticelo, Florence, Maloi, Petros, but they dont take this seriously. I have now been handed over to VVM and this is not acceptable, why can't a proper investigation be done. How can a store issue a contract WITHOUT BANKING DETAILS, PROOF OF RESIDENCE ETC. HELP, HELP, HELP ANYONE, if this has happened to you or someone that you know please respond to me and VODACOM can you please investigate in depth I'm not willing to pay for something that I didnt take out.
