I am very frustrated the past week, from round about 15 Feb 2013, cellular coverage in Brooklands Life Style Estate has dilapidated from bad to worst. I have a cell C and a MTN data stick. On the Cell C stick I usually got full HSDPA and very little flapping and MTN WCDMA randomly, flapping like a candle in the wind. A pointing antenna did boost signal slightly (one bar), and improved flapping. But since last week I am lucky to get 2/3 bars on Edge. I followed up with neighbours that have 8ta and Vodacom data sticks, and they are having the same problem. As for voice, I am on MTN, and my phone is mostly searching for network. Searched google for any know problems but came up empty. Considered going LTE, but obviously that wont happen if signal is this bad. Feedback would be appreciated.
