Internet Inaccessible, Dropped Calls, Delayed SMS

The standard for a leading cellular network like Vodacom is unacceptable, what do they say, "We are investigating", can you escalate the matter, "We cant Sir, since its pending". On two occasions when I attempted calling Customer Care, I had no signal to call customer or the phone states "Call failed".

Voice calls being the biggest disaster, signal indicator indicates three to four bars, but no calls connect, after several attempts when a recipient is eventually reached, the quality of the signal is noisy or the call is dropped.

SMS in terms of Vodacom (Snail Mail Service), an SMS sent now would reach a recipient after four hours to twenty four hours.

Internet connectivity indicates HSUPA or 3G on my USB modem and 3G on my phone but internet cannot be accessed. I am fortunate to have accessed this page after refreshing this page five times, and I am forced to save this text to a word document prior to sending, on clicking send the entire page will be lost.

Voice, Data and messaging are the primary services expected from a mobile service provider, with Vodacom the core services are non existent. Vodacom do you intend delivering a service? Cell C and MTN look very promising.
