They just cannot allocate my money

In Jan2012 Autopage phoned me about an outstanding balance on my account after which I agreed to pay R370 per month until it is settled. They set up a debit order and I started paying from Feb2012. Everything went well until I enquired about the outstanding balance in Sept2012 with the idea to settle whatever's left to pay. To my shock I had to find out that according to their records there is no payment showing towards my account. I sent Tabea Manamela my bank statements to show that the instalments go off every month. No reply. I sent another email on 1Oct2012 to both Tabea and her sidekick Cynthia Pretorius but again, no reply. They have to date deducted R4, 440 from me for an account that was merely over R2000 and was suppose to be settled in 6 months! They cannot wait for money to go into my account or they will just simply deduct the instalment of R370 BUT THEY CANNOT ALLOCATE!!! Where is my money? In some suspense account??
HELLOPETER, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
