Debit order runs & account queries

Nedbank deducted debit orders on several occasions before our agreed date, the 25th of the month. Where the 25th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the debit order run will be the following Monday. There were again a debit order run on 22 February 13, which left us without funds that were put aside for something else. Can you imagine our frustration. We have never missed a payment and have in fact settled another account a while ago, but Nedbank just carry on regardless. I will therefore ensure that there is no more funds available for them to deduct. Maybe they'll get into contact with me then, so that I can discuss this with someone as I have been unsuccessful thus far. A statement was also received on 8 March 12 with a OUTSTANDING BALANCE R21487.58. Since then 11 payments totalling R11719.73 have been made which according to me should have left me with a OUTSTANDING BALANCE of R9767.85. According to a statement on the 14 February 13 I still owe R14992.02. Another one with a OUTSTANDING BALANCE of R25201.07 were received on 8 March 12. Since then 11 payments totalling R22767.36 were made, balance R2433.71, yet I receive a statement for R8173.63, how is this possible? Please assist???
