On Saturday afternoon (19/01) I sent an email via the Vodacom website to end my contract and to assist with Porting my number. I expected a response in 48hours. To my suprise I received a response in 2 minutes asking for my ID. I attached my ID and replied. 5 Minutes later I received a confirmation sms on my phone telling me that all was taken care off.
Nobulungisa Ganca was the person responsible for such great service.
