Hi,
I took out a internet bundle contract beginning of last year for R130-00.
Since the beginning of this year they suddenly charged me R9-50 extra for postal deliveries. I changed to e-billing to avoid unnecessary costs and now sudenly I get charged fees for "My. Account Pro" which I did not subscribed to.
I signed a contract for R130. Now sudenly I have to pay R160-00...
How can they change the contract from R130 to R160 without my knowledge.
