Overcharged... again

I deactivated my internet service and sms bundle in November last year, as I went on holiday overseas. I then reactivated those services at the beginning of January. I received my January statement today, only to find that you have charged me both a partial charge (R154.55), and a full charge (R158.77), for a 500mb internet bundle and an 100 sms bundle. Is that not double billing?
