Autopage charged me for all the internet surfing whereas I had a Blackberry BIS bundle which I am not supposed to be charged for internet surfing, but only for downloading.
This happened during the months from August - December 2010. Over the past months & years I have been speaking/ communicating with Tebogo Zuma, Niri Pillay, IT personnel (Zeb Zestet), Bluff Shop. Autopage has failed to provide me with the statement showing correct billing on Internet surfing whereby I am not charged for internet surfing as per the BIS Bundle benefits.
Other network's itemised billing clearly credit surfing costs when on BIS. Autopage are citing that I had incorrect internet browser APN, which is meaningless as I consulted with their shop in the Bluff, their IT department etc to ensure that the settings on the phone are correct. Moreover on their statement there is double charge for BIS service & surfing costs. Autopage is unfair, unjust, corrupt, quick to harass, blacklist. I'm interested to know how this can be resolved & how many people have been billed for internet surfing on their contracts whilst they pay also for BIS service without them knowing of this crime??
