I updated the beginning of the year 2013 on the same terms, then suddenly May and extra R130 is going off my cellphone account for Monthly device payment. When I upgraded I specifically asked if everything stays the same and the answer was yes. I phoned in on the 27th May to querry the extra R130, I said it wasnt agreed and Elsie said they will have to listen to the telephone recordings and come back to me. Havent heard anything so I phoned again in on the 10th of June after a 18 minute call of putting me through from the one person to the next, the guy told me that he can see on the notes on the system they listened to the voice recordings and and there was nothing said about the extra payment BUT Klass will call me today (10 June) to sort this out! Guess what... NOBODY PHONED. This is really pathetic and the staff of Autopage just want to direct your call as soon as possible so that they dont have to deal with you. So lets see if it get sorted out now!
