Late and Expect Payment

I went into the Hillcrest branch of Autopage to get a new phone because my 2 years was up. I have been using them for over 6 years. I ordered the Samsung S3 on the 15th Feb 2013. I said I didn't want to pay anything extra for the phone. I am on a business 500 so I expected a good phone. They said the phone would be in on Monday or Tuesday the next week. They said they would call me and let me know when it comes in. Tuesday comes and no one calls. On the Thursday of the following week, I called and they said that my phone is not there with the colour I wanted but I could collect one with a different colour. I said that's fine. I went in and they suddenly told me that I needed to pay in extra for the phone. I walked out at that point. They didn't call me or SMS me or tell me or my company about any extra cost and then they said they said there was a cost. I walked out without my new phone and will probably cancel my contract with autopage if this is not sorted out the way I want it.
