Having been an Autopage client for many years I recently upgraded my cellphone contract with the Hillcrest branch. After signing off the contract on Saturday 27th April, I was able to collect the handset on Friday the 3rd of May. On Collection I was told by Kayla that the phone was not yet active and would probably only be active Monday. It is now Thursday and many phonecalls (Brandon) later & I still have NO service. When talking to the branch I am told they have done what they can and it is a problem they are experiencing with HEAD OFFICE I must just wait. This is a business phone and not having service is a major headache for me. I'm sure Autopage will not credit this period to my account...
