Bought new starter pack and loaded airtime for bis service. After that i found out that bis could not be used on cell c redbull simcard. Phoned custumer care about 6 times with 6 different versions of what to do. Even went and bought another new sim on their advice (my transport costs) but to no avail. Still not working. This was on 10/01/2013. After al the calls teamleader gift advised me that i will have feedback on 16/01/2013. Ridiculous i think. Friday afternoon Cell c contacted me but still not solved.
