Ported number from Vodacom to Cell C due to bad service. With first recharge (R50) I found that I only made calls worth -R32. Where is other R18? Lodged complaint on 01/01/2013 Ref no 3020104525. Phoned again on following Tuesday, but was informed that I would receive feedback by Wednesday. Phoned again on Thursday, but was informed that it takes 48 WORKING HOURS for feedback, and that I should receive feedback by Friday or Monday morning. NOTHING... I want the issue resolved, as I want to recharge monthly with more that R500, but if this is the way that Cell C treats customers and STEALS their money, I would rather go back to Vodacom and endure their poor service. I knew that I would get poor service from Cell C as well, but at least it was cheaper, but now they are dishonest and peoples' money. Can you imagine the amounts involved if Cell C only takes R2 worth of airtime from every customer they have? Who will notice if R2 worth of airtime is taken every day?
