Up to my neck with mtn menlyn service

My claim with 24hr mobility/admin plus was authorised on the 20th Dec 2012. went to the store to process the claim and was told 26th dec is a holiday and the insurance house doesnt work but they will call me the next day for the phone. 3 weeks down the line no phone call was made to me. went to the store in Menlyn yesterday (11.01.13) at 16H00 till 18h00 and still didnt get the necesary help as one of the consultants left for home without ensuring that my reference number ws received (rethakgetse). i stand to date with a call from florinah at 10h00 instructing me to call the insurance company myself as she has plenty of customers to deal with in the store and im still without a handset. im deeply annoyed and dissatisfied with the level of service from mtn menlyn and requests for your help with regards nevermind the fact that i drive over 70km to and fro and also pay for tollgates to make all these trips from Orchards to Menlyn.
