Once again, the phones have been blocked. Apparently my husband owes R400.00 for repairs, but when i visited the Cell C Store at Cell C, we went through the ENTIRE list of Job Cards and there are none with any charges attached to it. When i asked them to let me know where the charges came from, they are unable to tell me. And now they are blocking the phone every month after paying the monthly installments.
Please could someone look into this and please bear in mind that my husband is UNABLE to speak as he is in ICU with a breathing pipe down his throat...
I have all his details and i can do a security check with you.
