My phone's microhone failed in dec 2012. so i booked it in for repairs on the 7 jan 2013 in alberton. i got it back 21 jan 2013. it was still not working. i went back to alberton and they advised me that i could maybe get a new one if i went straight to head office. i made a big scene there i demanded a new phone, all they said is they will send it in for repairs again. i said that we send it in again and hope for the best. what a lot of s#! %. what am i paying for? and i had buy a new phone to use in the mean time. stop messing about i want a new phone or i will change service providers.
