Blackberry - Poor service

To whom it may concern,

I received this phone on the 4 December 2012, since I received this phone it has been in for repairs on the following dates:
22 March 2013 received it back 4 April 2013. They notified me that I would receive a new phone. This was from Head office repair Centre.

15 April 2013 received it back 25 April 2013. When I received the phone back it was not a new phone but a second hand new replacement. The previous owners E-mail and Contact numbers were still on this phone. While I was using it, it kept on freezing up and I had to send it in again. I did phone the repair centre and the lady there told me I should take it in to the nearest Nashua Mobile and tell them to make it out for attention Maruis at the Head Office. So the Second Hand New Phone went in again.

20 June 2013 received it back 3 July 2013.
I feel that nothing really was done other than a software upgrade.
When I received the phone back the second time, I see that it is still the same phone. Should I be satisfied with this?
