Dissappointing Service

I applied for a contract on 10/02/2013, which was approved rather quickly, i waited for delivery which was delayed, phone was delivered on 18/02/2013 and now being the 4th day i am still struggling to get this phone activated, the network was activated yesterday and BIS was not. i called in today and the agent could not assist me instead she transferred me without telling me back to the same line 082 1945. this is extremely frustrating as it is difficult enough getting hold of anyone on this number. When i took up the package i was advised that the BIS is included and now no-one can assist. I feel as if i made a mistake in choosing Vodacom and should have stayed with Cell C, and if this is not resolved please cancel this contract and collect the phone!
