Every time I query my account with your office, your consultant tells me that I have a Galaxy S2 which I never received.
To my knowledge I have a month to month top up contract.
Currently I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect.
Reading through the posts on Hello Peter I see that you have had customers that have cancelled their contract & later received threatening letters from debt collectors.
I have noticed that there is no email address available on your web site where I client can communicate with you except for a message box you have on your web site.
It has also become evident that you cannot be taken on your word & I would like any further correspondence to be via email
