After being without internet for over a week, it has FINALLY been restored with no explanation. The speed is however pathetically slow. (120kbs as per [URL Removed] After having a technician out, he informed us that the lines in the Benoni area are still old and we are too far from the exchange and we will never get a speed higher then 512kb/s. This is a problem because we are paying Telkom and Mweb for a 1mbs line. So this is plain daylight if it is infact the case. Why were we not informed of this before applying for adsl? I find this unacceptable.
