I MADE 3 PAYMENTS TO 3 OF MY ACCOUNTS WITH CELLC ON 22 MAY 2013 EACH SLIP I PUT EACH CELL NUMBER AS REFFERENCE AND FAXED PAYMENTS VIA CELLC STORE DAVENPORT ON THE 22 MAY 2013 AND MY PAYMENTS ARE STILL NOT ALLOCATED TILL DATE! IVE CALLED IN CUSTOMER CARE FAXED AND EMAILED PAYMENTS 5-10 TIMES EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND STILL NO HELP, IVE RECIEVED COUNTLESS REFFERENCE&CASE NUMBERS THAT MY COMPLAINT IS LOGGED BUT NOTHING AS BEING DONE, A GUY FROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT SANDROS MOHLONGO CALLED ME ON MONDAY 24 JUNE 2013 SAID MY PAYMENTS WERE ALLOCATED BUT 2DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID IT WASNT AND AGAIN LOGGED A CASE, WHY MUST I SUFFER FOR SOMEONE AT CELLC NOT DOING THEY JOB WILL I BE CONPENSATED MY NAME AND ACCOUNT IS SHOWING BAD YET 'I PAID' AND FAXED/EMAILED PROOF IVE EMAILED MANAGEMENT AND [Email Removed] BUY EVEN THEY DIDNT CALL ME JUST SENT AN SMS I PAID R1200-00 LAST MONTH AND PAYMENT WASNT ALLOCATED, HW DO I PAY THIS MONTH ILL NEVER REFFER CELLC OR TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT AGAIN WITH THEM PATHETIC SERVICE SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH MTN, I WANT SOMEONE TO " CALL ME " NOT SMS AND SORT THIS OUT ASAP OR CANCEL MY CONTRACTS OR DONT EXPECT ANOTHER PAYMENT, 0732330452
